Services and Fees

Once you have reached out by; calling, sending a text or email, our goal is to find out what you need and how we can help.  We do that by listening as you describe your wedding or event.  You may need several of our services, or just one.  Once hired we get started with a face to face meeting.  Or, for destination couples, we exchange emails or facetime on messenger.  Once the best communication source is established its full steam ahead.

FYI: The services listed below are to give you a general idea of what we do.  Many tasks we perform are not listed.

Wedding Officiant 

Getting to know each couple; how they met, their favorite movie or song provides inspiration to personalize their ceremony.  Options are discussed such as; religious, non-religious, ring exchange, sand ceremony, tying the knot, hand tying, butterfly release, unity candle or a special reading/song performed by a family member or friend.  After all the questions are asked and answered, the ceremony is written.

Couples often ask if they can add a surprise during the ceremony.  Our answer is always, YES!

$100 to write, perform and sign the marriage license.

$40 rehearsal fee

$.50 cents per mile travel fee if the ceremony is in the outlying areas of Indian River County and surrounding counties.  Ceremonies are performed in Orlando and along the Atlantic coast from Cocoa to Miami.

Wedding – Event Planner $1,000

  • We will refer you to vendors who are event/wedding professionals.
  • Once you have chosen your wedding team we coordinate their services with the venue.
  • We will perform tasks on your behalf during the planning period.
  • Create a wedding day timeline for distribution to all vendors and wedding party.
  • Typically couples sign a contract without reading it. I review each contract to be familiar with; cancellation/substitution clauses, venue restrictions, set up, tear-down times and certificates of insurance.
  • Provide assistance with colors and theme of ceremony and reception site.
  • We will attend your rehearsal to offer suggestions for processional and recessional.
  • When you are in town we can meet to discuss wedding details.
  • Unlimited texts, emails, and phone calls.

Wedding – Event Coordinator $550

  • Our involvement begins 2 – 4 weeks prior to your wedding or event.  We are available from set-up to break-down on wedding/event day.
  • Each client provides a list of vendors they have chosen.
  • We provide Robin’s cell to each vendor as their contact number for the wedding/event day.
  • Create a wedding day timeline for distribution to all vendors and wedding party.
  • We will attend your rehearsal to offer suggestions for processional and recessional.

Wedding – Event Consultant $45 per hour 

  • We answer your questions and make vendor referrals.
    Usually 2 – 5 hours is all that is needed.

Wedding – Event Assistant to the Planner/Coordinator’s Fee

  • When time is of the essence and extra hands are needed, $120 per day assistant fee is added.

Terms of payment:

  • Officiant services are payable on the day of your rehearsal.  If there is no rehearsal, payment is made upon arrival to the venue on the day of the ceremony.   Cash only,  no deposit or contract required.
  • Planning services are billed in two increments of $250 the final balance of $500 payable on the day of your rehearsal.  Cash or checks are accepted.   No contract is required.
  • Coordination services are payable in full on the day of your rehearsal.  Cash or checks are accepted.   No contract is required.
  • Consultant services are billed after each visit.  Cash or checks are accepted.
